How To Buy ETH On Binance

ETH is required for gas fees for all transactions on the Ethereum network. ETH can also be used to convert tokens i.e. ETH to XP. You can also purchase on any CEXs that offer ETH pairings of your own accords. In the tutorial below, we will show you every step to buy ETH on Binance.
1. Register on Binance
Register using mobile or email on Binance
2. Identity Verification
To buy crypto on Binance, you will need to pass the process of Identity verification (KYC), which requires an input of personal information such as name, address, proof of identification i.e. passport, ID card etc.
***Verification is done manually by the Binance team. It may take a few days or longer depending on their workload.
3. Purchases
- Buy ETH with fiat currency
Purchase crypto using a credit card or P2P methods. Select how much crypto (ETH) you want to buy with fiat currency (e.g. GBP, USD, JPY)

4. Send ETH from Binance to your crypto wallet
Once you have purchased ETH, you will need to withdraw it from Binance to send to your crypto wallet.
Steps to withdraw ETH on Ethereum network:
Select Crypto
Select Coin ETH
Address (Copy and paste the crypto wallet address you are sending to i.e. MetaMask, TrustWallet)
Network Ethereum (network fee and approx arrival time will be mentioned here)
Amount Amount you wish to send (minimum 0.0098 ETH)
Withdrawing ETH from Binance mobile app
1. Click withdraw
2. Select Crypto, select ETH
3. Enter wallet address, amount
4. Select Ethereum network
5. Confirm transaction

Upon confirmation, your transaction will be submitted and transferred. Bear in mind it may take time for your funds to reach your wallet. The estimated time for the entire withdrawal process varies. You will always be able to see the estimated time provided by the network.
If this is your first time withdrawing tokens, we recommend you try with a small amount to ensure the transaction is successful, before sending out the rest.
If you input the wrong information or select the wrong network when making a transfer, your assets will be permanently lost. Please make sure you only copy and paste the wallet address.
