The Unveiling of Magic: PolkaFantasy Announces Roadmap Revisions & Updates

We are here to bring the good news. We have officially updated the product roadmap for PolkaFantasy Game Marketplace, FantasyPad and Game Development.
🎮 Game Marketplace
The Game Marketplace α version was first released in October this year. Then we rolled out the β1 of the PolkaFantasy 1 game and we witnessed an almost 4x increase in the total number of gameplays. Upon the successful launches, we are preparing to release the Game Marketplace β version in Q1 2023, followed by the official launch of the game.
The β version will feature new functionalities such as fixed price sales and auction for in-game NFT lootbox. The official release will include even more features regarding “Zenny” (the secondary token).
We believe PolkaFantasy Game Marketplace will be a go-to hub for users who love exciting GameFi, as it will also feature quality NFTs from FantasyPad’s incubated projects and strategic partners.
💫 FantasyPad
FantasyPad is an all-encompassing launchpad to bridge Web2 businesses into the Web3 world. We aspire to capitalize on Web3 technology and bring excellent Web2 games/projects to further expand our GameFi ecosystem, crafting an unprecedented gaming journey for our community.
The α version is planned to be released in Q1 2023 while the β version in Q2 2023. Upon completion and final adjustments of the platform, the official roll-out is estimated to be in Q3–4 2023.
The α version will enable $XP staking. In the next version, we will introduce exciting features to further empower our collaboration with partner projects. More information will be disclosed soon.
In response to recent unfortunate industry events and current NFT market, PolkaFantasy has decided to make adjustments in game development direction.
The current market situation is having a significant impact on the crypto and GamiFi industry. However, we see this as an opportunity to adapt our business model to this changing, and we strive to achieve further growth. Below is our milestone and policy for future content development.
🕹️ PolkaFantasy 1 Game
For PolkaFantay1 , the 3vs3 card battle, we will not significantly change the roadmap and will continue to develop and launch it as an NFT game.
The β2 is scheduled to be released by the end of January 2023 while we target to launch the official version in May 2023.
🤝 Collaboration Game
The Collaboration Game, formerly known as the second game, is designed as an ‘Indie Game’ on consumer platforms such as PCs and home game consoles with a well-established Web2 gaming studio. Further information about the Web2 game company, the indie game (with playable prototype) and launch plans will be available within December 2022 — January 2023.
This game launch will be divided into 2 stages: Web2 and Web3. This collaboration game will soon be converted as an NFT game, harnessing the power of blockchain to enhance the gaming experience. All the Character NFTs, Weapon NFTs, Land NFTs, Goddess NFTs sold and all future in-game NFTs will be integrated in the stage of Web3 launch. In this collaboration game, $XP will be the governance token.
We believe the Web3 adoption will create synergies between the traditional gaming business and decentralized gaming.
PolkaFantasy will be expanding into fields of light novels, webtoons, and social games, which would be instrumental to the long-term success of IPs and the GameFi ecosystem we are currently building.
