Introducing Takeshi Yasuda Former Kadokawa Managing Executive Officer as Our Publishing Advisor

We at PolkaFantasy cherish your immense support since the very beginning of our journey. Not only do we obtain invaluable knowledge on how our members would like to see our ecosystem grow, but we also stay up to date on trends in the NFT space and how we can best grow with our community’s sentiment in mind.
We take great pride in our community sharing their opinion about our growth and propagation throughout the crypto-industry; We are blessed to have had such an impact in so little time. With that in mind, we are excited to introduce the newest member and hope you are too.
Synergy to Perfect Our Work
Through intelligent scouting and many weeks of discussions, we managed to onboard none other than Takeshi Yasuda as our publishing advisor. Yasuda’s publishing expertise as well as his entrepreneurial experience will elevate the quality of content creation for PolkaFantasy. His industry knowledge gained from his previous roles at Kadokawa Corporation as the Managing Executive Officer and President at DoCoMo Anime Store would bring invaluable insights to the PolkaFantasy Team.
Yasuda furthered his experience in 2019 within the Bushiroad Group when he became the President of the Bushiroad Media Representative Board. We hope to lean on his slew of publishing experience as we strive toward the launch of our play-to-earn game.
Yasuda’s Significant Works
Yasuda is responsible for publishing several popular light novel series over the course of his long and celebrated career. Among some of his best are:
Haruhi Suzumiya: This is a Japanese light novel series written by Nagaru Tanigawa and led to 1 anime television series 11 light novels, 4 Mangas and a film adaptation.
Lucky Star: Is a comic strip manga by Kagami Yoshimizu. Lucky Star was published in several places including Shōnen Ace and subsequently led to two Nintendo DS-released video games and an anime television series.
Sgt. Frog: A Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mine Yoshizaki and was also posted in Shōnen Ace. This series was later adapted into an astonishing 358 episode anime series.
And Date A Live: Date a Live is a light novel series written by Kōshi Tachibana and illustrated by Tsunako. This series ran from 2011–2020 with 22 volumes published and has a television series, a movie and several manga adaptations thus far.

Kadokawa is a Japanese publishing giant and media conglomerate that contains several major subsidiaries and dozens of daughter and shareholding companies. They are the company behind wildly successful films such as Erased and Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple.
About DoCoMo Anime Store
DoCoMo is a Japanese video distributor mainly distributing its works through internet channels. Established in May 2012, their service named ‘d anime store’ allowed users to watch video-on-demand anime on their smartphone or PC via the Internet.
