1st Segment: Pre-asked Questions
Q1: Can I purchase the Fantasy box with $XP on Polygon network?
Alex: Only $XP on Polygon network can be used to purchase the Fantasy box, be sure to have the necessary amount of $XP ready in your wallet too, such as Metamask.
The date for the Fantasy Box Legend Lootbox is February 18!
Q2: Can I use a SafePal wallet to purchase the Fantasy box?
Alex: At the time of the event, a portal site will be launched on the official website, where you can connect your wallet and make purchases. We recommend that you use Metamask on your PC. (we may not be able to guarantee 100% user experience on mobile app browsers).
Q3: I would like to know about the number of Fantasy Boxes that will be sold. How many are available for each tier, and is there a purchase limit for each user?
Alex: There’s a limited supply of Fantasy boxes for each tier, but we will not disclose it.
We have a very small number of inventory prepared for Legendary, but we have enough for Adventure and Pioneer boxes so that they won’t sell out too quickly. (Number of stock for the Epic box is more than Legendary, but much less than Adventure.)
The maximum number of items that can be purchased at a discount for those on the whitelist is set: Pioneer: 10 / Adventure: 5 / Champion: 3 / Legendary: 1
Any purchase after exceeding the designated quotas will be the original price without discount. There is no limit to the number of fantasy boxes that can be purchased at the regular price.
Q4: Polygon is not functioning today (2022/2/10), will this become a concern of causing troubles for the fantasy box event? I am worried since transactions on Polygon are not functioning well on Metamask today.
Alex: We will be releasing a tutorial video for the Fantasy box event in advance to show you how to connect your wallet, adjust gas fees to ensure a smooth transaction. Since we are using the Polygon chain for NFTs and have made the decision not to use the BSC chain for security reasons, we will use the Polygon network $XP for the Fantasy box event. Please be aware of this.

Q5: Would it be possible to pre-purchase fantasy boxes only for whitelist users?
Alex: We are not set up for any purchase prior to the event date. We cannot support any pre-purchase.
Q6: Are wallets that purchased NFT characters and lands from OpenSea are eligible for the whitelist?
Alex: Sorry, NFT owners who purchased from OpenSea will not be eligible for the whitelist.
Only those who have participated in the following events in the past are eligible for the whitelisting as early supporters.

Q7: How do you differentiate between Auction NFT and Lootbox NFT?
Alex: Genesis characters from the previous auction can be used in the beta version of the game, while fantasy box characters cannot be used until the second update. Also, only the genesis characters have significant differences in utility, such as scheduled airdrops for their holders and different conditions for participation in staking.

Q8: Are the utilities and specifications different between the Legendary characters from the previous auction and the Legendary characters from Fantasy Box?
Alex: The Legendary NFTs from the previous auction are like buff cards. They are designed to give its owner a huge advantage in combat.
The Legendary NFTs from the coming loot box will be characters.
They are essentially different.
Q9: Would having a wide range of characters of each rarity give you an advantage in playing the game? For example, each character has its own cost and so on, and you can’t play the game only with the ones with higher ranks.
Alex: At this stage, we do not expect to set any costs for the use of characters. There is a possibility of such restrictions.
Q10: Will the Epic and other characters from the previous auction also be available in the coming lootbox? Will the weapons from the auction appear? Also, will only common weapons come out?
Alex: The Genesis characters sold at the previous auction will not be available for any sale or loot box in the future, including the coming Fantasy Box. In the Fantasy Box Legendary Lootbox event, common weapons will be included.
2nd Segment: Live Community Questions
Q1: Does Champion Box gives you both Epics and a Legendary, or does it give you one of either the Epic or the Legendary? I would like to confirm since the explanation in the previous article says below. @Steven Winchester
Alex: You can get one of either Epic or Legendary from the Champion Box. Please see the image here for the emission rate.
Q2: Which of the new characters are Epic and which are Rare? I would like to ask about the Legendary also. @Kaori
Alex: The 12 new characters announced are all Epics tier.
Besides, the following characters have Legendary versions.
Ameli, Kate, Reia, Milla, Sirius, and Elena.
Q3: Is it possible to use XP to rank up NFTs that are emitted from lootbox? @Shuhei
Alex: It is possible. Details will be announced in the future.
Q4: I am very excited about the PolkaFantasy marketplace, but to be honest, I feel that the current marketplace is not well positioned. Will there be any collaboration with games in the future?
Also, I’d like to hear about your future plans.
My expectation is that users will be able to access the Marketplace from within the game as well, and that they will be able to see and hear about items as a metaverse. I expect to be able to sell and browse them in the Land. @Toky
Alex: We plan to announce in the future whether the Art NFT and Game NFT will be in the same marketplace.
As for the current positioning of the marketplace, we would like to focus on Japanese ACG culture (anime, comics, and games) and make it a place where we can provide high-quality NFTs from Japan that cannot be offered elsewhere.
Q5: ① Are you planning to take any measures to prevent the bot from buying up the lootbox?
② What are the advantages and disadvantages of the different coordinates and types of lands?
③ What is the quantity of each NFT (character, weapon, and land) needed to enjoy PolkaFantasy to the fullest? (How many weapons can be equipped for each character NFT, etc.) @Lychee
Alex: ① We require reCAPTCHA authentication to purchase lootbox, to prevent bots from buying them up.
② For now, there is no difference in the coordinates of the lands. As for the differences in land types, we are unable to provide an answer at this time because we are still developing.
③ You can start gameplay with one character, but the missing party members will be the common characters in the game. Multiple weapons can be equipped per character. We are currently working on the balance adjustment of the game, so please look forward to future updates. You don’t need to have a Land to play the game, but if you have one, you can train your character and expand the scope of your play.
Q6: As for the game, I’m aware that it’s mainly card battle style, but do you have any other ideas? (e.g., content that incorporates a storyline) @nama_kemono
Alex: The first game you can play in the beta is a 3v3 PvP game with skill cards and weapons. In subsequent updates, you will be able to progress through the story mode.
We have daily back-to-back discussions to create the game with a solid storyline and challenging elements.
Q7: Please tell us what you are currently thinking about in terms of reaching out to non-crypto people (voice actors, payment methods, etc.) @Hisa
Alex: As for the voice actors, we are approaching famous people who have appeared in many of Japan’s most famous anime! Please look forward to further news. We are also working on collaborations with game-related influencers.
